Gender Stereotype Threats and Academic Performance

This project investigates how gender stereotype threats affect academic outcomes using meta-analysis tehcniques in R. Results showed that both affirmative and non-affirmative interventions improved performance compared to no intervention, despite limited data for subgroup analysis.
